Right of withdrawal of the customer

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The return shipping costs must be borne by you. We will refund the invoice amount paid immediately upon receipt of the returned goods.

There is no right of withdrawal in the following cases: – for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the customer or that are not suitable for return due to their nature;

In the event of unforeseeable production difficulties, we are entitled to withdraw from the contract and return the invoice amount to you.

If parcels cannot be accepted by customers and are therefore returned to us, the company Johannes Stadler can Revoke/cancel the contract. The invoice amount paid will be refunded immediately after arrival of the package, less shipping costs.
